Inner Harmony Sound Massage

About me

My name is Heidi, and over the past two years I have been on a deeply personal spiritual journey while living in southern Spain. During this time, I discovered meditation, breathwork, healing crystals and tarot, all of which opened the door to a greater sense of self-awareness and connection. Along the way I became aware of my highly intuitive nature and a natural ability to support and help heal others.

One particularly powerful experience was a chakra-aligning massage in Marbella that incorporated the use of sound bowls. The sense of calm and rejuvenation I felt was unlike anything I had experienced before. A one-hour session felt timeless, and for the first time in a long while my nervous system, which is usually on constant alert, felt completely at peace.

Inspired by the profound impact this had on me, I decided to deepen my understanding of sound healing and undertook the Peter Hess® Sound Massage training and certification. I am now a fully trained Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner.

After recently relocating to West Norfolk in the UK, I have created a peaceful and welcoming space where clients can experience the deeply relaxing and restorative benefits of Peter Hess sound bowl massage.

Relaxation, Healing Therapy, Personalised treatments and working with Children

Working with Children

I have over 20 years of experience working in education and childcare, supporting children of all ages, with a particular passion for helping those with special educational needs.

Throughout my career, I have gained a wide range of qualifications, including an NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, along with specialist training in areas such as autism, speech and language support, sensory development, and behaviour management. I am also trained in safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and a variety of therapeutic approaches.

I have worked in many different settings, including schools, nurseries, and private homes, providing one-to-one support, tutoring, and homeschooling for children with additional needs. My experience includes supporting children with learning difficulties, ADHD, and emotional or behavioural challenges, always tailoring my approach to suit each individual child.

I also owned and managed a children’s nursery for several years, which gave me valuable insight into early years development and the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child.

My approach is calm, patient, and compassionate. I believe every child deserves to feel understood, supported, and confident in their own abilities, and I am passionate about helping them reach their full potential in a way that works best for them.
